Summary: Provide the research and analysis to develop a venture-backed company’s primary value propositions, market differentiation and product plans. Manage the development of marketing collateral, websites and other sales/promotional materials that articulate those propositions, communicate that differentiation and support those product plans.


When I joined StrionAir, the company consisted of 7 employees and two dogs in a Longmont garage, and their marketing efforts and materials reflected it. Today, StrionAir has an integrated marketing and channel support system as sophisticated as any company in its industry.

Integrated marketing initiatives include collateral material development, website and extranet development, trade show activities, public relations, and sales channel training, education and support.
  • Manage the development of marketing collateral, websites and other sales/promotional materials that articulate those propositions, promote the company's products, and support the sales team.
  • Develop the strategy and execute the integrated marketing programs that create awareness and drive demand for company's products, leveraging industry events and trade press opportunities.
